Labiaplasty

Hypertrophy (enlargement) of the labia minora is a common condition. It can lead to chafing in clothing, bulges in swim suits, tugging during intercourse, and self-consciousness in intimate encounters.

Labiaplasty is the removal of excess skin of the labia minora. The procedure can be done in the office or operating room under local anesthesia with little to no pain. Post-operative discomfort can often be controlled with over-the-counter medication.
